Welcome to the Underdog Basketball App (“App”), operated by Underdog Basketball Training LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this App, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the App

The App is intended for individuals seeking basketball training services, scheduling sessions, and accessing related content. By using the App, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Account & Registration

To access certain features, users may be required to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Complete intake questionnaires

• Agree to waivers before participating in training

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3. Booking & Payments

• All sessions must be booked through the App or third-party scheduling platforms (e.g., CoachIQ).

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

• By booking a session, you agree to the listed pricing and policies.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Late cancellations or missed sessions may be non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Disrupt training sessions or other users

• Share false or misleading information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., scheduling, payments). We are not responsible for the policies or practices of those services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Underdog Basketball Training LLC is not liable for:
